August Market Update

Feels like Fall is in the air in Laramie already! The Spring/Summer selling season was delayed a bit this year in Laramie, as well as EVERYWHERE but the market did get hot and heavy here in the past two months with sales and listings.

Laramie still currently has a limited inventory, which as we type only 29 active properties in town and 45 active properties in town, county and Centennial are posted on Laramie MLS. There were approximately 57 closed residential 合约交易所_永续合约交易_Mhomes in the month of August, as reported on Laramie MLS, with the average price of $307,107 and a median price of $289,000. We field calls from all over the country from potential residents of Laramie or Wyoming in general and feel this trend will continue for a while.
